中期期货有限公司（简称中期期货） 是经中国证券监督管理委员会批准设立的专门从事期货代理业务的大型期货经纪公司之一， 是中国最大的期货集团公司 --- 中期集团的主要成员企业之一。它的前身是中国国际期货经纪有限公司大连代表处，成立于 1993 年 11 月 16 日。1995 年10 月更名为辽宁中期期货经纪有限公司。 2007 年12 月 6 日， 经中国证监会批准，正式更名为中期期货有限公司。 2007 年 9 月 4 日公司注册资本金增至 5000 万元 。 2001 年 1 月 19 日中期期货由原大连市西岗区华信大厦（原大连商品交易所）迁址到大连著名金融一条街人民路 7 号东亚银行大厦。中期期货公司是全国三大期货交易所的会员，在苏州和青岛设有营业部，在大连商品交易所、上海期货交易所和郑州商品交易所均设有代表处。

INTRODUCTION OF LIAO NING CIFCO FUTURES CO., LTD
LIAO NING CIFCO FUTURES CO., LTD (hereinafter abbreviated as CIFCO(Liaoning)) is one of the largest-scaled Chinese companies of futures broking authorized by CSRS. It is also a main member of CIFCO group, the largest incorporated futures company of China. DALIAN SERVICE OFFICE of CHINA INTERNATIONAL FUTURES CO., LTD was founded on 16th Nov, 1993. It was renamed to LIAO NING CIFCO FUTURES CO., LTD on 25th Oct, 1994 approved by CSRS. Its registered capital increased to 30 million yuan till 1999. On 19th Jan 2001, its headquarters was located at East Asian Bank Mansion, NO.7 Renmin Road, several branches of which were respectively established in Suzhou and Qingdao. CIFCO(Liaoning) is a formal member of Shanghai Future Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, where it establishes service offices respectively.
